Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges


Return Policy
We only accept returns if the item received is damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return:
* You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
* The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
* Clear photo or video proof of the damage must be provided at the time of the return request.

Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after the product is received and inspected.

Non-returnable Items
